Greetings Air and Space Professionals,

What makes you "tick?"  From where do your motivations, your hunger, and your desires begin?  What strengthens your connection to the world around you?  And at the end of the day, what really matters?

These are tough questions we all face in life.  And the demands of military service can add to our challenge, causing us to wrestle with demanding questions to discover who we are and what we are all about.

These questions are the key to talking about spiritual fitness.  Spirituality is a driving force that naturally gives us a pattern for our lives. Spirituality energizes us to keep going and helps us make sense of our experiences, especially when times get hard.  Like trying to navigate a new city without a GPS, we may eventually be able to figure it out, but having a good GPS in the car sure makes the drive a lot smoother.  So it is with maintaining a healthy spirituality, which helps to ground us and guide us as we navigate toward our life's purpose.

The resources on this page are offered to help you in your journey of developing your spiritual fitness.  So no matter how you have come to understand and connect to yourself and the world around you, your Chaplain Corps stands ready to support you.  I hope that these materials will inspire and encourage you as you navigate through the challenges and joys that come with serving in the world's greatest Air and Space Forces.
