Thank you for your support and feedback to Phase I of the Resilience Tactical Pause. We've received a number of great ideas about how to engage in some tough and frank discussions about the leading cause of death among our Airmen, and the hopelessness and despair that may lead to a suicide attempt. Finding the right solutions to combat this internal threat will take more than just a single day or a single month. We know that, and the Air Force is depending on you to help us figure this out. The Resilience Tactical Pause is just the start of many conversations to come, along with events, training, and whatever it takes to create a true cultural shift in the hearts and minds of the Total Force to develop a deeper connectedness, and become more open to help-seeking and help-giving. Here are just a few examples of some of the exercises, discussions and ideas from across the Air Force. But we have room for more. If you have a successful event or program you'd like to share, please send us an email:
