Afraid. Anxious. Apprehensive. Confused. Despondent. Disconnected. Excited. Exhausted. Frustrated. Grateful. Happy. Hopeful. Isolated. Motivated. Overwhelmed. Purposeful. Delirious. Relaxed. Sad. Strong. Suspicious. Tired.

As a volunteer Master Resilience Trainer at Wright-Patt AFB, please know that your moods and feelings, whatever they are, at whatever moment in time, are valid. It is important to know that there are many tools available to assist you. With a vast amount of organizations providing resources and information to the public, it can be overwhelming to find which one is best for your needs. The Wright Path Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/WrightPattCSC/, is a tool to narrow your search among helping agencies for coping skills and techniques that will foster a positive-growth mindset.

Launched in March 2020, the Wright Path Facebook page is a “one-stop-shop” hub for self-care types of content. Wright-Patt AFB helping agencies post organizational information and share additional resources. Air Force resilience skills and other interpersonal coping skills are also posted in multiple ways, such as weekly master resilience chats on Fridays at noon. The Wright Path page also serves as a volunteer coordination hub and donation center for Wright-Patt AFB organizations that have a need for additional support. When someone wants to volunteer their time and talent, but have no idea who to contact, the Wright Path Facebook page serves as a conduit between them and volunteer opportunities.

Aligned with the Comprehensive Airmen Fitness model made up of social, mental, physical, and spiritual domains, Wright Path provides a platform for members of both the Wright-Patterson AFB and private communities to have access to the scientifically proven Air Force Resilience Skills:
