Civilian Health Promotion Services (CHPS)

Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC)

Your local Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) serves as the primary resource for assisting service members, their families, and Department of Defense civilians in navigating military life and enriching both personal and professional well-being.

Military & Family Readiness is a coordinated network of programs and services operated by the Defense Department alongside federal, state, and community-based agencies. The Military Family Readiness System is designed to strengthen family well-being by providing support that enhances readiness, quality of life, and overall stability. Through collaboration and integration, the system fosters positive outcomes across key domains, including career, social, financial health, and community engagement.
